YARNfest is go…update after day 4 “The Special Relationship”

The Special Relationship team put together a stand-out night last night for their first outing from their usual Camden abode at the Invisible Dot. They joined YARNfest at Concrete for a  night of spoken word, comedy, short films, and the OHP-musical genius that is the work of Matthew Robins. Joe Dunthorne brought us a blast from the past with an make-your-own adventure story and Simon Munnery charged on to the stage enthralling us with a selection from his new show Self Employed. Bloody genius.

Thank you to Tom Basden, Jarred McGinnis and Sam Taradash for a terrific night.

So…..tonight is the YARNfest 2011 finale! Can’t believe it’s here already. We’ll be back at the Queen of Hoxton to celebrate Stuart Evers’ new collection ‘Ten Stories About Smoking’.

Join us in a smoky underbelly and see the collection interpreted into theatre, music and spoken word by artists including Chimene Suleyman, The Strumpettes, Quattro Formaggio, Verity Flecknell (Storm in a Teacup collective) and Camila Fiori

In partnership with Picador

We can’t wait – see you there!
